We want you to love every order, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product.

This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges in line with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
However, due to the nature of our products (food, powders, bars, drinks), this right only applies to unopened, sealed, and unused products.

If the seal or packaging has been broken, we cannot accept the item for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be sealed, unopened, and undamaged

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these criteria or that are opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery cannot be refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or unsealed food products (including powders, bars, and ready-to-drink meals)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Personalized or custom bundle sets

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@nuboca.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used for your purchase

  • The reason for your return

Our support team will confirm if your item is eligible and provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely. If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged product), Nuboca will cover all shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For subscriptions, refunds apply only to the most recent unopened delivery.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, email us at info@nuboca.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — processing times vary.

  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@nuboca.com.

10. Subscription Orders

If you have a Nuboca subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel your next delivery anytime before it renews.
Refunds for subscription deliveries follow the same rules as above — only unopened, sealed products are eligible.

11. Products Purchased Through Retailers

If you purchased Nuboca products through a third-party retailer or marketplace, please contact them directly regarding returns and refunds.
We can only process returns for orders placed directly on www.nuboca.com.
