This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related details for all orders placed through www.nuboca.com.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and selected EEA countries.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@nuboca.com and we’ll confirm if delivery is possible.
Main service regions include:
Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Estonia, Austria, Finland, Portugal, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier service.
Below are our average delivery estimates:

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by region, weight, or bundle size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.
Subscriptions:
Recurring subscription orders are subject to the same delivery times and shipping rates as one-time purchases.
Shipping fees are automatically applied to each delivery unless otherwise stated.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within three business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@nuboca.com.
6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Nuboca is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@nuboca.com.
Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description.
We’ll resolve your issue promptly with a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., to the United Kingdom or EEA), customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Nuboca cannot predict or control these costs and is not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred during customs processing.
