1. How It Works

Nuboca Subscriptions allow you to receive your favorite products automatically at your chosen interval — every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Nuboca account.

Each delivery contains the products you selected when creating your subscription. You can update these at any time before your next renewal date.

2. Subscription Benefits

As a subscriber, you’ll receive:

  • Exclusive discounts on all recurring orders (typically 10–15% off)

  • Priority access to new flavors and product drops

  • Flexible control — pause or skip deliveries anytime

  • Free gifts or bonuses with selected bundles

Subscriptions are designed for convenience and balance — no commitments, no hidden fees.

3. Billing and Payments

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
You’ll always receive a confirmation email before we process payment for your next delivery.

You agree to maintain valid payment information in your Nuboca account to ensure uninterrupted service.
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry up to 3 times before pausing your subscription.

Currency:
All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout (EUR, GBP, or others where supported).

4. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription by logging into your Nuboca account.
From your dashboard, you can:

  • Skip a shipment

  • Change the delivery interval

  • Update quantities or flavors

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

  • Update your shipping or billing address

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to take effect.

5. Pause or Cancel Anytime

We believe in flexibility.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees or penalties.

If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

Refunds are only available for unopened and sealed products, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Subscription orders are shipped under the same terms as standard purchases.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

7. Subscription Modifications

We may update our product catalog, pricing, or packaging from time to time.
In such cases:

  • You’ll be notified in advance of any material changes.

  • Your subscription will continue with the updated products or pricing unless you choose to cancel before the next renewal date.

8. Failed or Delayed Payments

If your payment fails or your card expires, we’ll send a notification to your email.
Your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
You can update payment details anytime in your account.

If a subscription remains unpaid after multiple attempts, Nuboca reserves the right to cancel it automatically.

9. Refunds for Subscription Orders

Refunds for subscription deliveries are subject to the same terms as standard purchases. We can only issue refunds for unopened, sealed, and unused products returned within 14 days of delivery.

10. Free Gifts and Promotions

From time to time, Nuboca may offer free gifts or promotional items with subscription orders. These are provided as part of promotional campaigns and may vary by region or product.

Promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded and may be discontinued without prior notice.

11. Product Availability

If a product in your subscription becomes temporarily unavailable, we will:

  • Notify you by email, and

  • Offer a suitable replacement, or

  • Skip that shipment and resume in the next cycle once restocked.

12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or through your Nuboca account before taking effect. Your continued participation in a subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
